Uncle Joey came to Utah to visit wile I was there, and the kids loved him. He brought a new homemade "gun" with which they launched poor, defenseless carrots into the next life. Joey launched a couple in the house, and he had only tiny orange shreds to pick out of the carpet to show for the effort. Outside, they shot the carrots at cans. The carrots were demolished, and Michael and Becca had a great time loading the launcher and pulling the "trigger". When Michael wanted to shoot the gun, he asked to "change the carrots". He was right, they were definitely changed. Joey played with them until his arms were too tired to pump the required pressure into the launcher.
